Control Your Mind:

 "Some people say they need to be SERIOUS for study” but I think there's no need for that but you just have to be more focused and you should Control Your Mind. I would like to share some points in order to help you to improve your focus.

Tips To Concentrate On Studies:

  1. Wash your face, eyes, and feet with COLD water ( may sound awkward but makes you calm down if you're tensed).
  2. Sit in chair/ bed and breathe heavily 3 to 4 times and meditate for 2 to 3 minutes without thinking of anything or taking any pressure of exams.
  3. Drink some water
  4. Make sure your smartphone is on flight mode
  5. Switch off the Lights of the room and use a table lamp (It will prevent you from thinking about pictures in your room or the things that divert you).
  6. Before proceeding, set a timer of 50 minutes on your smartphone and start studying.
  7. Once the 50 minutes are over get some time to refresh yourself for 10 minutes ( listen to music or something else you like or eat something ).
  8. I'd suggest you 50 minutes sitting. If you don't have a long sitting, then you must start with this.
  9. Now, meditate again for just 2 minutes while breathing heavily, drink some water and repeat the cycle.
  10. Once you feel that your sitting has increased or already more than this, then you can sit for 2 hours ( including 10 minutes break)
  11. But make sure you get to refresh yourself after 110 minutes otherwise your focus will tend to divert and concentration will decrease.
SOME MORE TIPS TO STUDY AND AVOID DISTRACTION:
If you don't even like to open your book then apply 10 minutes rule. Any work you don't like to do, just say your mind only for 10 minutes I have to do this and then you'll get started and can go for a good session.
To create a habit of daily reading you have to do this only for 66 days ( It takes 66 days for the human mind to get habitual of anything) and then you'll feel it like you feel thirst or hunger.
